2) antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias individuais; 3) concess\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias coletivas; 4) aproveitamento e antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o de feriados; 5) banco de horas; 6) suspens\u00e3o de exig\u00eancias administrativas em seguran\u00e7a e sa\u00fade no trabalho; 7) diferimento do recolhimento do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Servi\u00e7o.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0A partir do artigo 27, foram arroladas outras disposi\u00e7\u00f5es, tais como: 1) Prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o de jornada em estabelecimentos de sa\u00fade; No entanto, a MP n\u00ba 1046\/2021<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0(tal como a MP<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">927<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\/2020<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, trouxe,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ao longo do art. 3\u00ba e seus par\u00e1grafos, algumas modifica\u00e7\u00f5es no que diz respeito ao regramento respectivo durante o regime de\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">emerg\u00eancia de sa\u00fade\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">p\u00fablica<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0de import\u00e2ncia internacional<\/span><span necess\u00e1ria \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o do teletrabalho por parte do empregador n\u00e3o tem natureza salarial, permanecendo a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de que o eventual fornecimento de equipamentos n\u00e3o integra a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalhador.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">indica\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica de todos os equipamentos<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span pr\u00f3prios e (iii) a empresa n\u00e3o fornecer os equipamentos em regime de comodato, o per\u00edodo da jornada normal do empregado (aquela prevista em contrato de trabalho) ser\u00e1 computado como tempo \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do empregador, ou seja, ser\u00e1 considerado como se ele estivesse trabalhando normalmente com direito \u00e0 sua remunera\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><span termo de responsabilidade com o compromisso de seguir as instru\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas pelo empregador.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">disposi\u00e7\u00f5es especificas\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">nos artigos 6\u00ba a 12\u00ba<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">sobre f\u00e9rias individuais e coletivas,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0objeto das f\u00e9rias e os estabelecimentos ou setores abrangidos pela medida, bem como (iii) em igual prazo deve haver o envio de c\u00f3pia da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o aos sindicato representativo da categoria profissional, (iv) providenciando a afixa\u00e7\u00e3o de aviso nos locais de trabalho.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A mudan\u00e7a diz respeito ao fato de que durante o estado de calamidade objeto\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">de que trata\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a MP em comento<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">afetados<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0com anteced\u00eancia de no m\u00ednimo 48 horas, dispensando-se a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o local do Minist\u00e9rio da Economia e a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ao sindicato representativo da categoria profissional.\u00a0<\/span><span escrito, nos \u00a7\u00a7 2\u00ba e 5\u00ba da CLT do art. 59, respectivamente, estabelecendo que o excesso de horas em um dia, poder\u00e1 ser compensado pela correspondente diminui\u00e7\u00e3o em outro dia, de maneira que n\u00e3o exceda, no per\u00edodo m\u00e1ximo de um ano (em caso de previs\u00e3o em acordos ou conven\u00e7\u00f5es coletivas) ou de seis meses (no caso de pactua\u00e7\u00e3o em acordo individual), \u00e0 soma das jornadas semanais de trabalho previstas, nem seja ultrapassado o limite de dez horas di\u00e1rias.<\/span><span empregador (art. 1<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, caput).<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Isto quer dizer<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">que tanto o empregado poder\u00e1 trabalhar em horas que extrapolem a jornada normal (certamente ser\u00e1 uma necessidade dos profissionais de sa\u00fade, por exemplo), como, ainda, o empregado poder\u00e1 ficar sem trabalhar em determinado per\u00edodo em decorr\u00eancia da interrup\u00e7\u00e3o d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">as atividades do empregador<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nesse caso, o<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0empregado ficar\u00e1 \u201cdevendo\u201d horas de trabalho ao empregador (saldo de banco de horas negativo), o que tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 objeto de
